Yes, I believe Bari N Tari will be interchangeable as 3/4. Until Jabari grows into his body, Tari can defend the more powerful 4's. And both are disruptors on defense due to their length and lateral quickness. They will both generate a ton of turnovers (deflections, steals, blocks, altered shots).
I think we might be set at the 2,3,4,5 positions. Sounds crazy, but if Bari's skillset translates...I think we will be really strong.
I feel pretty much the same way about Eason ..... he's such a versatile defender and the offense is better than advertised too - He could easily be the best player in this draft class in 4-5 years. That defensive versatility is the most important aspect of his game and when you pair him with Jabari who's bigger and just as versatile defensively you have the makings of a top tier NBA front court that you could add a player at any of the three positions to and be successful. Stone isn't locked into adding just a center or just a forward as those two can play 3-4-5 interchangeably. Opposing 5's are going to have a hard time chasing Jabari on the outside while opposing 3's and 4's are gonna have to deal with Eason's combination of size and quickness to go along with the improved shooting. He's bigger than Kawhi .... and their games are very similar. Still can't believe Morey blew that draft pick ..... They could add Myles Turner or someone like Andrew Wiggins as FA's or add Bamba via trade (Orlando didn't guarantee his 2nd year) and any one of them completes the picture. And you still have Tate as your super sub ..... hell of a front court rotation and we haven't even mentioned Sengun. I really think Eason is going to come in much like Tate did and force Silas to give him minutes - he'll have to put that guy on the court.
When we can watch Jabari’s games in off season? Why don’t he play some games like Banchero or Homegron did?
