Maybe it’s for the best if it persuades Crane not to throw a huge deal at his golfing buddy…so long as he’s effective in the post season.
Yeah, they set themselves up with having a replacement level 1B or having to put Diaz out in LF as a starter by not getting another OF bat. Click better pray Diaz gets healthy and there are no other setbacks.
These last 2 losses reminds me World Series game 7 vs the Nationals. Close game up by 2 runs only to blow it in the late innings and barely lose. In control until we aren't and then let it slip between our fingers.
The last two games I’ve fallen asleep and woke up to find the White Sox had pulled ahead and won. I’ll try to stay awake tonight.

Fans: We want Chas in CF. Dusty: Okay, I'll give Chas a pity start in CF during a Framber start against a RHP.
Also fans: We'll go ahead and b**** and moan about everything...even the things we want when you do give them to us.
Little disappointed in the Matijevic call up. I would have preferred seeing Hensley or Dirden. Hensley has to be rule 5 protected this offseason anyway so make a 40 man move and say bye to Goodrum...
If he wasn't, the Astros wouldn't have been able to sign him for $4MM... Same tradeoff that let the Astros sign Lance McCullers.
