Good. I know it was a low draft pick (6th RD), but I’d rather have the pick than an at best TE3 through trade
I don't really follow the Texans a whole lot anymore outside of draft day (I can only take so much), but what happened to the TE they drafted out of San Diego St. a year or two ago that was supposed to be such an athletic freak? Injured?
why? The published reports were that he had poor work ethic in Houston. Saying a coach on another team reached him is hardly an indictment on the Texans coaching. Not saying that hasn’t been justified in the past - but not in this case.
Thats why in 2021 he had 11 tackles in 6 games with the texans, but only 6 tackles in 9 games (no sacks) last year with the 49ers?
Woohoo heck yea, ..I just got home recently from work, going forward I’ll make sure to have the weekends off at my business (unless it rains) ..Now it’s time just to relax …play some games, maybe watch an anime or two, hope my kids don’t tear up the house, close my door, and see the game later. I’m a simple guy life is good ..the weather is beautiful !
And the Watson trade would have come full circle. Traded the 25th (2017) and the 4th (2018) overall to the Browns to draft Watson 12th in '17. Will have gotten back the 15th (2022) and a top 10 pick in '23 (so far) - I find that pretty ironic (don'tchathink?)
