He look in the mirror all day long and the one thing he probably won’t see is someone who is openly sympathizing and rationalizing Nazi like rhetoric and bigotry.

He can look in the mirror all day long, and the one thing he probably won’t see is someone who sympathizes and rationalizes with a EUROPEAN DICTATOR who uses Nazi like rhetoric and bigotry.

Is that clear enough English for you?? Or do you need it translated to Russian for you to understand?

The Puerto Rican father of my girlfriend at the time I was a student in Houston said that to me when I first met him.

"Buddy, three things you should know: 1) I do not think it is ok for different cultures to mix; 2) I have a shotgun; 3) My daughter has to be home before 10:30 pm"

"Very nice to meet you too, Sir"

Sounds like a bigot. Was he atheist or did he think God created men as unequals not to mix?

    .
It's weird that this guy's whole "boring Hitler" schtick about Asiatics overrunning Christian white folks in a conspiracy with rich Jewish financiers would get any cred outside of a small circle of non Asiatics who have lightning bolt tats

But then again, when you mix antivax wackos and online edgelords, petty Putinist dictators of crappy european agricultural states are the unexpected winners!

That didn't answer my question. I didn't ask whether you liked him or not. I asked if he was an atheist or if he believed God created unequals that shouldn't mix.

A few years ago I had the chance to visit Hungary
Nothing wrong with a protective father and it sounds like he was able to to get over his own feelings regarding the mixing of different cultures to allow his daughter to date someone not of his culture and ethnicity.

We should not be celebrating, excusing or rationalizing political leaders who still advocate for racial purity. Certainly not in Texas which has always been a diverse state with polyglot culture. And certainly not in the US where it wasn’t that long ago that people were killed just for suspicion of miscegenation.

I’ve heard Budapest is a beautiful city and I’ve met Hungarians who are a charming and beautiful. I wouldn’t go to a country where it’s leaders openly talk about keeping out people like me to keep racially pure.

You could visit, but Orban wouldn't want you to live there or spread any of your ideas.

I’m sure I personally would be safe and probably would have a good time. That said as a tourist I can vote with my dollars / Euros. I would rather not spend my money in a country whose leadership believes that “Asiastics” are threatening them and that my relationship is a threat to the purity of their culture.
