He sucked offensively in SL, but it doesn't matter. So, who cares?

If you were court-side to see Jabari Smith, you aren’t worried.

If the Rockets had the 1st pick, I’d take Jabari first in a re-draft. Highest ceiling, highest floor.

Be honest on your assessment, didn't you guys think the number 3 pick would be much better than what he showed?

    At least on offense.

On D - I think he was fantastic - but we drafted him for his shooting, which was pretty bad for an elite shooter.....so he gets a "Meh" grade from me.....

I expect top 5 picks to show they are better than most SL players.....in every way.....but plenty of guys that did that were **** in the NBA, my man Dan Langhi for instance.....

So, nothing has been decided, I am sure Jabari will be fine, but I am hoping for a LOT out of him as our number 3 pick.

Jabari was everything I expected. Elite defensive player, spot shooter on offense.

He had no competent guards to help him get good looks, the upgrade from scrubs like Christopher, Nix, and Titty to KPJ and Green will make all the difference.

I wanted Jabari from the get go, but like all rookies he still has plenty of things to work on. Especially on the offensive side of the ball. His overall % on 3's was great last yr, but he was definitely streaky. More than I realized. I'm not worried about it. Seems to have a great work ethic. Coaches need to make sure that getting him involved in the gm early is part of the game plan. Getting into a rhythm is key. If he's off at least we know he'll still contribute on D. Which for this team is probably more important.

He can't help it. It's compulsory at this point.

It can’t just be me. Buttttt TyTy always has look to him like he is going to pretty cold blooded. Like rip the heart out of the other team type player once you piss him off.

Why would I stop talking about the Rockets and having cool discussions with other fans?

Isn't that what this place is for?
