    The new Kosovo leadership scrapping a deal made by the old one, and it's so dangerous, it's about mutual recognition of license plates (no, not joking), since the Serbs in Kosovo dont recognise the Kosovo government.

    So Kosovo authorities have made it mandatory for them to change, so the Serbs have blockaded the roads leading into their part with trucks. It's really just a bunch of civil protests, any talk of NATO is unlikely to be real unless NATO needs someone they can actually beat for some confidence building ;)
