If KPJ is accused of what Lamb is, this is DD: "lol ain't nothing but a Thang he's just young hehe young men do what young men do guys you're overreacting"
Those numbers are similar to what I posted.....minus the 40% (3P%) by Porter in post #5 of this thread. ________________ Jalen Green last 21 games (21/22): Player...........mins.....pts....rebs....Ast....3P% Jalen Green:..35.......22.7....3.8......3.3....40.4% Ant Edwards..mins.....pts.....rebs....Ast....3P% 2nd year:........34........21.3.....4.8......3.8....34.1% Iverson:..........40.......23.5.....4.1.......7.5....34.1% (1st yr) .....................39.4.......22.0......3.7......6.2....29.8% (2nd yr) .....................41.5.......26.8......4.9......4.6....29.1% (3rd yr) Kobe 3rd yr (age 21) ......................38.2 mins...22.5 pts...6.3 rebs...4.9 Ast...31.9% (3P%) So some have come close. I don't believe Green will get those high minutes but having a higher 3P% than those other players will bring more points Jalen Greens way. Days of Kobe & Iverson were tougher to get to the rim. Greater spacing nowadays. There is always a first....Jalen might just be that.
Reminds me of the Francis/Mobley era. I think they need someone better than KPJ at that spot. I think he's going to always be a what if. Green is a riser, Smith needs alot of work.
Yeah, sorry that is not remotely true, let's not make **** up. And focus on basketball, you guys can focus on me in your own time. In a thread celebrating our two best and most exciting players.....sheesh! DD
I like the Scoot and Bucket name lol And I agree with your assessment, if they play to anywhere close to the last 10 games of the season, man sign me up to watch that every night win or lose.
You had a good break down of Jalen Green's game before he started his rookie season. Curious to get your thoughts on Tari/Bari potential and long-term fit.
People forget how young these guys are. They have *a lot* of losing to do. It will be fun losing basketball to watch though.
To be fair, most fan bases wouldn't have to gloss over what you have to with KPJ to view him in a neutral light either.
Ant is better than Jalen which isn’t a slight on Jalen, it’s a good comparison and hopefully he has the same growth as Edwards has both on the court and physically.
Makes no difference, for all lauding Jalens potential and the big games amounted no wins yet. KPJ dropped 50 as a 20-21 year old didn’t he?
