Maybe we can I don't know, win the next two against the second worst team in baseball, after losing 3 of the last 4 to them. Just a thought.

But the jist of what I predicted came through exactly as I said, we score runs to make it closer, but moron Dusty keeps his stepson in the game to give them back a substantial lead. Probably would have, had it not been for the injury to the hand.

    So yeah I nailed it.

I don't like watching Jake Odorizzi pitch. He makes my tummy hurt.

Seriously, at what point do you say you know enough and Jake is just not a guy we need to be throwing out there any more? We have an abundance of starting pitching now anyway, toss him in a trade somewhere and get someone who can contribute something other than a five run deficit every time.

Nothing personal against the guy. I would be thrilled if he was performing well, but he just isn't. Yeah he was on a nice roll before that injury, but the guy we got back is not the guy who was on that roll.

Yes Lance, yes Hunter, no Jake.

Even when he pitches well, it’s still gut wrenching.

Yeah, but the league that banned players for gambling 100 years ago are now in bed with gambling. So hello Las Vegas.

A 3.88 ERA if he was healthy all year would rank top 25 in the AL of qualified starters.
