Honestly the dumber the thread, the more replies you get. You can straight up openly troll a player with a thread will get 10 pages of "dont feed the troll" comments.
...speaking of hot takes, anyone else nervous about Jalen Green turning into a LEGIT all star and getting poached by his hometown Lakers several years down the road? I mean being a Houston legend is one thing but being a Lakers legend is a whole other....
Are the chicken bakes as good as I hear? Whenever I'd eat at Costco I'd always get the hot dog meal and a slice of pizza
I don't get this statement. No personal offense meant to her, but a bubbly, thin, blonde named Cayleigh (or some other names that rhymes with it - Cayley, Haley, etc) is literally the most basic All American girlfriend cliche of all time.....go into any frat bar on a Friday night and there are like 40 girls just like her - it's so stereotypical, frankly it's boring. ...but hey - that's just me. I never understood why people get so hung up on a beauty standards to the point that a lot of frankly mediocre looking girls will always have guys chasing them just because they are blonde and thin.
You don't "get" that she's clearly a heck of a girl, who has a good personality, is smart and attractive, who's knowledgeable about basketball, which is important to some of us, and has a terrific job? A job where she's around the players, coaching staff, and management of the team we all care about? A job that, regardless of what you might think, you can't just "dial in" and do off the cuff? A job that has her working most of the Rockets games, so that those of us who actually watch the games end up seeing her and don't mind the experience? You don't "get that?" Well, I don't get the needless "hit post" aimed at someone who was simply telling everyone that she has been asked to marry someone she loves and who loves her. That's a "hot take," OP.
My guy, all @Deckard said was that the dude was lucky. Maybe for finding a great significant other? Maybe for finding the love of his life? Either way, your post reeks of either insecurity or resentment towards bubbly, thin blonde women. Not sure which.
Again nothing personal to her - she seems fine , is completely non offensive, seems like a pro, carries herself well, obviously isn’t a dummy(although riffing off of guys like Bullard , Drexler, and Hollins isn’t exactly rocket science -no pun intended) but its not like she’s not highly irreplaceable either. I mean Stephanie Ready knows basketball, Doris Burke knows basketball…Cayleigh is able to hold a basketball conversation…
