With all the hype before the draft with Banchero landing to us at #3, it's great that we still got Jabari Smith...after watching Smith through 3 games in the Summer League, you can tell that he's going to be a future All-Star in this league! We got a rebounding and defensive duo of menaces in Jabari and Tari..we'll see how they play in the regular season, but at worst, he reminds me of a rich man's Lamarcus Aldridge

Still would’ve been happy with either of the Big 3

Orlando sitting Banchero for tonight's game. Too scrubby for summer league

Jabari is going to be a special player, not many 6’10 players who can play defense against 1-5 positions and shoot the 3’s. He is a Star player who does not take control of the game but he is a great ROBIN type Star player. Who can hold the opponent’s best player, rebound, blocks and can 3 pointers. Just need to work on his handles and gain weight. It good that he is playing center for us in the summer league, because there was talk that he did not have the heart to play inside…Jabari prove that this was incorrect. He is a 20 and 10 guy a night but play elite defense.

Call "The Lock Smith" be his nickname going forward? It's kinda nice.

His ability to just keep switching and then stay with whichever poor fool finally decides to drive is uncanny.

The teams +/- with him on and off the court was night and day. We should get used to that.

A rich man's LaMarcus Aldridge is basically a HoF player. That's a pretty high at worst scenario.

It's great to watch a player who is very good at defense on the Rockets once more

He’s going to be way better than LMA who was a career 32% from 3. Bari is more fluid and can guard the perimeter much, much better.

Yeah, I don't really understand this comparison outside of them maybe having a similar jumper and body type, but that's about it.

I don't understand bringing up LMA's 3 point percentage. He never took them until the end of his career and he shot them really well when he did.
