OMG. How did I forget about Stone Cold? I actually only saw that movie for the first time earlier this year. Amazing.
Silence of the Lambs - is a given and a top 20 movie for me personally Boyz N tha Hood & Point Break are just childhood movies that put me in a world different than what I was in. T2 - is one of the best action movies ever and when i saw it in theaters at a friends birthday party i was floored we all were JFK/Doors - Cant decide
I like original more too. It’s close though. Just like Alien/s I would say I like aliens better though by just a bit.
Better FX and it allowed Arnold to be a hero, the other terminator also put it over the top, its the terminator movie I always think of when that franchise is talked about. Probably the best sequel ever?
Boyz in the Hood. It has a message that still resonates. And when it was released, it wasn't clear people really knew what that world was like. I didn't.
I understand the point, but Arnold as the bad guy was awesome. Also, the story of the original was better and there wasn't the corny cheese either. And in no way should it be considered the best sequel ever.
All of those movies from that era have a large amount of cheese. Monetarily it has to be in the top sequels of all time. Why would it not be considered?
I was comparing the dialogue to the first one not to it's counterparts. Lots of bad movies make lots of money and I wouldn't put them in with best films of all time. If that's your opinion I'm not trying to change it just giving mine.
Dialogue? From a terminator movie? Is that really what you are checking for in a Terminator movie? I did not put T2 in the best movies of all time, do you consider it a bad movie? Yeah, it is my opinion but you came in hot because I asked a question and gave my opinion, so look in the mirror.
