Nearly thirty years after the original “Clerks,” Kevin Smith is back with a third entry in the story of Dante Hicks (Brian O’Halloran) and Randal Graves (Jeff Anderson). The pair have left Mooby’s and are back at the Quick Stop in Leonardo, New Jersey where it all began and which the pair, now in their 50s, own. Former manager Becky (Rosario Dawson) and former co-worker Elias (Trevor Fehrman) are along for the ride. In the film, Randal survives a heart attack and decides that he’s wasted his life – so he wants to memorialize himself and wants to make a film. “Clerks III” will go on a rolling roadshow tour with Kevin Smith starting in New Jersey on September 4th. Fathom Events will then release it on September 13th and September 15th. https://www.darkhorizons.com/first-trailer-clerks-iii/
Lots baaaaad 3rd movies. Might change my tune if he does it like Jaws and makes "Clerks 3-D", though. Also, honorable mention: Never would have seen that mess in the first movie.
I can't see watching another Kevin Smith movie or show. It's been over 10 years since he made anything decent and nearly 15 years since he made something good.
