    Literally nothing.

Harden made a demand, the choice was trade Harden or trade CP3 for Westbrook. Everyone knew it was stupid, but they tried anyway. It blew up as everyone knew it would then the Rockets went into rebuilding... just like they'd have been doing if they decided to trade Harden a bit sooner.

Can we just wait and see before we can even crown him? We are two years into this rebuild and the end result should be a championship team let's wait until he gets his first NBA title.

He trying to relive his glory days from when he got lucky that one year and put together a squad that almost made it to the finals if not for Harden's choke job....

Cancel Culture coming for Fertitta over the Kavanaugh/Morton's Restaurant remarks. I fking hate the identity politics, but "boycott houston rockets" is picking up some traction on Twitter. Yikes!

Seems pretty awful to harass people like that. It's not like it's his fault the Constitution doesn't say what the left wants it to.

    So little civility these days.

It's also not just him, but Morton's has to keep things civil for their other guests who came for a quiet meal...

I'm ok with protests, just not illegal ones in front of their homes, blocking traffic, or on private property...

    Time and place...

Not a huge fan of Fertitta because of his meddling in the Westbrook deal, but unless he was actually involved in writing that dumb statement from Morton's, he's pretty far down the list on owners and teams who should follow Donald Sterling out of the league.

The DeVos family owns the Orlando Magic; they made their fortune by destroying people's lives through the legalized pyramid scheme of Amway, and are pouring millions into killing public education, establishing fascism in Michigan, and committing war crimes overseas through Blackwater.

Robert Sarver has been credibly accused of basically every awful racial and sexual harassment complaint under the sun, and if the Daniel Snyder experience in the NFL has shown us anything, this thing will absolutely blow up with even worse evidence once the NBA investigation is done, and the Suns aren't threatening to be the NBA champions.

And special memorial edition to Aubrey McClendon, who was a part-owner of the Thunder when they lied about moving the team from Seattle, was one of the pioneers of fracking, then was federally indicted for rigging oil and gas bids and crashed his car the day after to protect his fortune and legacy by vacating the charges through his death.

Not trying to pick a fight but your comments seem very bias. You seem to be taking opinion and stating them to be facts.

Accusations are easy to make. Proving accusations is much more difficult.

Ah yes the classic anti-NBA owner bias.

If your protests arent disruptive they aren't protests...theyre parties.

When 1/3rd of the country openly declares war and dictates how the rest of us live...yeah civility goes out the window.

People go to church and pray that people like me die and go to hell. So yeah, I dont feel bad a Judge had his steak dinner ruined. Dont go into politics if you can't handle the attention

Why don’t you start by boycotting the rockets?? Don’t watch or support anything related to the Houston rockets.

He's a judge, not a politician. Are you a nazi or something? Why would people feel that way about you?

Are you sure you're not imagining things?

You seem to take a pretty extreme position. Again, it's not their fault there's nothing in the Constitution. It's out of their hands at that point.

You're making a policy argument in a legal setting. Policy is irrelevant, it only matters what's written down.

Try not to take things so personally...

For one there's a federal law banning peaceful protests outside the homes of judges.

For second, there are state and municipal laws guaranteeing the right to tranquility in your home.

Third, a private business on private property and force people to leave under trespassing laws.

The restaurant could alienate their customers by disrupting their meal by not making them leave but that would be a poor business decision.

Im trans. A lot of people openly wish Id die.

You realize an abortion ban affects a lot of people right? Politics is personal for most. For me it can mean the difference between getting married or not, getting medical care or not.

Theyre coming after Lawrence v Texas, Connecticut Griswold, Obergefell Hodges next.

But yeah I guess if youre a teenage boy irs all meaningless and the law is perfect as it was written at a time when black people were property and ergo...the state needs to be involved with everything

    1) I feel bad for you. You're going to have to explain why your condition would cause such a reaction. Are you showering with children or something?

    2) The court didn't ban anything. They corrected an error.

    3) Those were all poorly decided cases. It's a legal error. Policy decisions are made in the legislature and not the courts. The court stole the power of the legislature. There seems to be no appetite to do as you claimed since only one justice is in favor of it and he's the oldest. My comment is a legal one, not a policy one. I'm libertarian on the issue. If a state wants those things they can choose it.

I think you aren't aware there's a process to amend the Constitution. There's no need for the court to make things up. It's unethical of them to do so.

Just FYI, the only way a third of people want youdead is if you DID something really bad, and even then, a third is pretty low if that's the case.

I hope you can reconcile body and mind and wish you luck.

Please try to be understanding that there's nothing that they could have done if the Constitution says what it says.

A federal ban on abortion isn't legal nor is it legal to pass a federal law to create the right to abortion. I would want either struck down.

Not really sure what the problem is. Democrats claim most people want abortion overwhelmingly so there shouldn't be any problems passing laws for what they want if that's the case.

The beautiful thing about federalism is you can move where your views and lifestyle are more accepted. That's why so many have left California and New York for Florida and Texas.

Hate to get so left brain legal on a basketball board. Hopefully we can get back to the topic at hand...

Jim Crow South is a great example of why letting states decide is awful
