To be someone's backup you'd have to actually play...or at the very least not be injured for an entire year.

You do know that Whiteside is batshyt crazy right?

Not sure how that translates into vet leadership.

All due respect, Hassan Whiteside is nothing like Eric Gordon. The knock on him has always been work ethic/lack of passion for the game. That is the polar opposite of Eric Gordon.

Try 10-15 games. Small ball has been proven to be a failure around here. Rebounding, defense, and shot blocking are an essential part of the game if you care at all about winning. A good center makes all the difference in the world vs a JeSean Tate playing the position. Couple years ago we were 10-9 with Wood playing…he got injured and we stuck I believe Tate in there or some other suckwad and went on to lose almost 20 in a row. The position makes a difference and has been minmalized along with winning in Houston.

That doesn’t exactly control for variables. You sucked because you lost your best player with no margin for error , not because it was small ball.

Ibaka would be a great veteran to have.

The Rockets are not going to lose 10-15 more games because they didn’t sign Hartenstein.

Honestly I don’t want the Rockets to win 10-15 more games.

Nah man. It’s just a different way to enjoy the young guys on the team and Rockets basketball on another level.

SL doesn’t get into D rotations.

SL showcases guys for international signings more than NBA readiness.

SL will give us a chance to see how he is moving/playing now that he is healthy again. It’s not the end all be all, but you can get a pretty good idea of how a guy looks.

I wanna see what Aric Holman, the new guy we signed looks like in SL. He looks long and athletic, decent looking shooting stroke.

Expecting this to be an 08'09 OKC type of year for us. Hopefully add one more high lottery pick before we ascend in 23'24.

A Turner trade would take a 1st and Martin….Indiana is quietly rebuilding.

You’re right….let’s keep losing forever because that’s why we watch basketball to root against our team. Guarantee you that next year after winning 25 games you’ll be the first to say let’s tank again. AT SOME POINT YOU GOT TO WANT TO WIN!!!

Wow…your post is excellent I’m tired getting manhandled in the paint. You would use small ball if you have great shooters like the Clippers. Tate can not shoot and short…Martin can not play defense, no handles and too short to play PF
