You essentially said they were. Historically you may be correct, but not currently. Again, (a point I assume you will ignore), they agree on economic aspects, certainly not on freedom. Conservatives are the party absolutely least concerned with freedom (again, maybe not the case decades ago, absolutely the case today) Mike Judge is also Libertarian, not VERY conservative.
Most conservatives don't want to do any of those things, nor should they. I doubt anecdotally touting ideas this bad are worth being linked to a couple of cartoonists to seem cool.
me in thread: What conservative voted for Obamacare? What conservative wants to fund PBS and the NAE? of course conservatives want small government. http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/350699 That exactly what conservatives argue for. The Right knows all the lefts political views because they are constantly bombarded with it through Hollywood, Academia, etc. We can't watch late night tv without it being shoved in our face. The left on the other hand understands very little of the right's position. This is made clear to me in this thread, where few can even understand the basic tenant of conservatism which is 'smaller government; more freedom'
you make such compelling arguments and provide such great evidence. how can nobody be convinced of your Conservtives dont believe in small government position?
