    Windy was right !

I gotta say if there was a most improved insider Windy should have won it somewhere along the way. He went from a glorified LeBron fanboy to dishing suspenseful hot takes that would make Stephen A blush.

    Bravo

Since the max offer is not technically official till July 6 they can take back the max extension.

Why, gobert instantly makes the twolves contenders.

Danny ainge is doing Danny ainge things, but in this case, we aren’t back in 2008 anymore, front offices are smarter and all ainge did was make the jazz a bad team.

it is almost as if he did this for job security, lower expectations — similar the Vlade Divac when he made Dave Yeager the scapegoat to last another year.

Ainge’s schtick is played out. He is a horrible gm.

Out of your mind. In a league where everyone is going small and shooting threes. The timber wolves are paying two centers a half a billion dollars. How is this gonna work. Worst trade I've ever seen. With all those picks they shoulda went for KD or outbid for Murray. Gobert is easily the worst contract in the league now.

Technically since it is not July 6. The max extension is not official so they ask the league to resind the contract before July 6. That would allow Kat to be moved right?

Absolutely agreed. They should have just let the Nets' FO pick anyone they wanted for Durant, with maaaybe the exception of Edwards.

    Edwards + Durant + any 10 warm bodies = top 4 seed.

I think you are back in 2015. Nobody is JUST shooting threes anymore: maybe daryl Morey lol, with the rockets.
And even when they did that the jazz have been a top 5 defense for years.
You need to be able to defend the paint point blank in this league and rebound. Shooting threes is only a tool.

This is the kind of thing that I have in the back of my head when people talk about the Rockets being incapable of making the play in next year because "Who are they going to replace from last years top 10"...

You never know how things will shape up in the off season or during the course of the season.

No one expected the Nets or Lakers to be as bad as they were last year...Now the Jazz are blowing it up...

You just never know what's going to happen...

doesn't sound like the Jazz are blowing it up. They now have a ton of assets to retool around spida, which per woj they are going to do. getting rid of your weakness in Gobert doesn't exactly mean blowing it up

Wait so what is going on? Utah making secret moves to get KD with Spida and also Ayton? Is that what Windy is alluding to? I mean i guess that would be okay, but not really scary and you know what? **** THE JAZZ.
