Houston crime out of control: kids robbed at lemonade stand

I hate that. I really appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit especially in situations like simple lemonade stands from kids. I was driving in a neighborhood last week on my business routes and in fact and a little girl was selling “slime” from a table stand from her corner house… I’m not sure if that is the new wave thing but I stopped at her stand and gave her $10 (did not take this slime whatever it was) and told her good luck. She smiled amazing and it was worth it. Went to McDonald’s yesterday for a breakfast combo and the drive thru cashier didn’t look happy, didn’t say good morning but I told her keep the change,…she absolutely lit up and changed her expression and told me earnestly to have a great weekend with a smile…I really appreciate the everyday workers as well as people wanting to earn money thru simple work. We all want a good or a service but valuing people that want to earn it is something we should show more…edit: going back to the little girl, I sincerely hope this doesn’t demotivates her, keep it up little one and raise your prices !
