Bates would have a similar issue there just like at Memphis if he chose Ark. Team would be incredibly young and with highly rated true freshman recruits coming in at the same time
Yeah..... Arkansas is arguably the most talented team going into next year and certainly in a small group with UH, Creighton and UCLA for the most talented team in the country. Going to Arkansas probably isn't a good idea because he isn't going to get the touches he needs to improve his draft stock. He needs to show NBA teams he is really gifted on offense and good enough defensively. He isn't a top tier athlete so he isn't going to be drafted based on that.
Lets see if he can rebuild some of that hype back up. The former #1 prospect in 22' class but what a fall off. De-commits from Michigan St. to Memphis. Only to end up at Eastern Michigan in the MAC
I think he's hoping unlimited minutes, touches, and zero pressure. Could also be another Patrick Baldwin situation.

Emoni Bates has so much bad buzz, I don’t see how he ever recovers it all started once we found out he has a negative wingspan and Ryan Anderson hops, and it’s been all downhill from there
