Has this been our best starting team pitching well ever? During the win streak they were allowing only 1 and 2 runs and these last 6 games have been nails.

    So much dominance.

One of the main reasons I am still behind a trade for say Benintendi is also in case of injury. Don’t want a repeat of last year. Andrew as a rental should be cheap in terms of prospect costs. Even if he’s just a platoon guy we need to make some moves.

No, no broken bones, arm or leg issues, but both will be in the concussion protocol. So, not ideal but could have been much worse.

This one isn't as good as the 2018 staff, but it's sure as hell impressive.

I think Pena could be back tomorrow. I would be surprised if Yordan doesn't miss a little time, he looked out.

But you never really know until the next day and it's not something you chance.

    Not everyone.

    Bagwell hand
    Harper thumb
    Correa back/thumb/leg/rib
    Bregman hamstring
    Altuve hamstring

I think the risk is inherent… just going to be more worrisome for a huge guy like Yordan in the OF.

Would have never expected Castro to be the hero and support Verlander's pitching performance.....Things are really starting to click.

Awesome sweep of the home and home series.....and putting it to NY.

    Miracles do happen

Cement mixer sliders in the middle of the plate help the cause.

Good luck trying to get rid of Castro. He’s JV’s personal catcher now and he single handedly got the win for him with his bat.

honestly with Myers back, there’s room for Castro.

Alvarez and Pena ran into each other on a high fligh ball. They both were taken out on concussion protocol, but didn't look too bad when they left.
