Punish Jack and Watson at the same time. Fill Pancakes McClain with baked beans and cabbage and have those 2 fools sit in a room with him for 8 hours.

Have no clue what he's talking about. The Browns knew what they were getting, so there is no way they would void/reverse the trade for that piece of ****.

I get why they'd want to throw a suit at the Texans since they have a LOT more money than Watson, but I think it would be extraordinarily difficult to prove their case given that they'd have to prove not only that the incidents happened, but that the Texans knew about it and are responsible for it.

Perhaps they settle the cases just to settle them, but if it goes to trial, I have a hard time thinking they'd be able to prove the case. They will have a hard enough time proving their case against Watson directly.

Yeah, because even if they have documentation that someone "notified the Texans", they still have to prove a lot more than that to get them fully roped into this.

The Texans were allegedly made aware of an employee trying to have sex with masseuses. They'll turn and make those fired employees scapegoats so quick, Buzbee's head's gonna spin...Lol

It isn’t confirmed in the lawsuit that Weisheit spoke with the Texans, Buzbee says “assuming she did” then the Texans would know.

Meltzer confirmed as much today. This basically is Buzbee saying the Texans should have known what Watson was doing, therefore they’re responsible.
The room and NDA aren’t out of the ordinary for professional athletes and their teams. Should they have known? Probably.
Does that make them responsible for his actions? Hell no

This lawsuit is weak and doesn't have enough evidence to prove that Texans were enabling Watson. The only people that knew of complaints were employees of Gentle Touch - not the Texans - and there is no proof that they notified the Texans of the complaints. Buzbee alleges that the Texans enabled him by providing a room at the Houstonian, providing him with an NDA template after he was doxxed online by the 23rd accuser Nia Smith, and letting him borrow massage tables. Somehow the Texans "should have known" what was going on. Regarding that 23rd accuser Nia Smith, go back and search what gossip sites reported in Nov 2020 about this incident. She doxxed him when he only paid her $300 for her birthday and got mad because she wanted more money.

In my opinion, these are more Buzbee shenanigans to put pressure on the league to punish Watson so that Watson will be moved to settle the remaining 4 cases. It all comes down to what the disciplinary officer will decide. The league leaked that they were seeking an indefinite suspension for PR purposes in case the disciplinary officer didn't agree.

    Drama.
Texans won't get hit with anything.
Your evidence is that the Texan's tried to talk him out of doing what he was doing.
Gave him an NDA which was sent to protect the shield.

    Pass.

    This is on Watson.

Is the expectation that the Texan's alert the authorities and inform the league of what they are hearing from an off handed source? Nothing burger here.

I think he's hinting at the fact that the Texans' Watson problems are not over, not that the trade will be rescinded.

So Watson is a bad whoremonger? Completely.

This is not proper trick protocol or etiquette, and it will burn him financially.

Next time, go to real sex workers if you have a fetish like that. God knows how many there are in Houston

So Watson is definitely going to be suspended, even without charges, just like happened with Zeke Elliot, also all those named were suspended, I really think he is going to be suspended at least 4 games, 1 year top

The big takeaway from all of this is that the Texans were catering to a star player (very common in professional sports), and it turns out that star player was a creep. What were the Texans supposed to do about it? They didn't set any women up for him, they gave him tables, they didn't make him hump it and leave the wet spot...Lol

That tactic could easily backfire, the "he didn't do nuffin" route is so absurd that it could lead someone to go more harshly against Watson
