So I never did get any of the work recommended by the first guy that came out. I lost 100 bucks for that "evaluation". Paid another guy 250 to set up trap. Did that last monday, tuesday morning the squirrel had moved the trap but not enough to get out. It kept clawing at it. Guy came out again, secured it. It went in later on tuesday evening.. Now here starts the chaos...that thing is going crazy in there. clawing at the door, trying to lift it up. panicking/crying. Honestly, this was awful to watch. I just wanted to go open the other side to let it free but I was worried it would try to come back in. At 8am the next day it was still going at it. They came out wed morning around 830...she was already passed out and barely moving. The heat must have got to her. Yes her. Another 100 to remove the dead animal. Could have saved a 100 bucks if the damn thing had died overnight or they came out an hour later... No more noises now. I now need to find a roofer or someone to fix the soffit return she chewed up. total cost so far: 100 + 250 + 100. the first and last 100 was a waste.
