Good to see what he can do in high pressure and no rest. Might need that later on or in the playoffs because apparently Pressly can't even go 2 days in a row.
What embarrassing loss for the Yankees can't even hit an exhausted bullpen. They should fold their franchise. Am I doing this right.
Sorry about yesterday. I watched the Astros@Yankees live & we lost. Today I taped the game & just checked the score. We won. I'll do that for the rest of the series. Once again apologies!
I do, but it's on the top shelf of the closet. I record the games on the tv & add them to my list to be viewed later.
Yep. Needed to shut up those Yanks fans. Cant let those folks get it into their heads we got late inning issues (even if its true). Good one guys!
You got me. For some dumb reason Clutchfans refused to send emails to my account, so ended up with no way of logging on.
Agreed. The most diehard Yankees fans are fully expecting a market correction of sorts… I also think they secretly do want it because they know in their heart of hearts, this team is not a lock for winning it all (let alone making it to the WS), and its more embarrassing to be a 2001 Mariners-like footnote than it is to simply be a great team that contends.
Anyone notice JV hit 98 at one point? I just saw it watching the highlights. He SO Higashioka on a 98 mph FB. Amazing.
Yul's virus passed on to Castro, who is suffering a ever more severe case. Castro, the future Stros manager.......
I think Castro has just completely checked out mentally at the plate. He wants to retire, but he also wants his money so he's hanging on. 47% K rate this season...and getting higher. K's in 18 of his last 33 PA (and one measly walk), that's beyond just losing bat speed. His OPS+ is negative, not in the figurative way, literally under zero. He absolutely has to be addressed. While backup C isn't generally an important position, you can't risk having to play a guy in meaningful games who isn't giving even slightly competitive AB's
