They're praying Jalen can fluke some shots in, to hopefully save face that they drafted him at #2. Can't have the #16 pick BLATANTLY being better than Jalen.... even though it's apparent, no matter how much they try to stifle Sengun.
That would be me and it’s going to be 21 out of 22 after this season is over. He is statistically one of the worst coaches to ever coach in the NBA.
Turnovers, Free Throws, Missing Defensive Assignments, No Movement On Offense, Lack of Motivation, Playing Daniel House Too Much, Having Bad Three Point Shooters Jack Up 35+ per game, etc. Those are all signs of a very very very poorly coached team. FIRE SILAS!!!!!!!!

Great question. You made me look up the teams he qas assistant coach and add the losing season from the Rockets last season. Silas involvement 9 winning seasons 12 losing seasons So not 1 from 21 I do think Silas is a terrible coach based on what we have seen in his "system". But the dude shouldn't make up stats!!
Stephen Silas lack of Authority, not pulling players aside and telling them they are playing selfish. He never does that, he is a coward especially against Veterans that play Selfish. He just doesn't care. Terrible Veterans Players are running the Team into the Ground Literally. Just playing for Their Own Stats. Which I don't Like at All. Jeff Hornacek has no Authority Personality. Desagna Diop was a okish bench role player. Diop can't teach anything to Sengun, KJ. Wood, Jaesean, Porter are putting up their own 20 point stats. Jalen, Sengun gets the leftovers points in the Offense. Which drives me mad. Jalen, Sengun, KJ, Josh, Usman, Armoni are the Future. And deserve all of those minutes. They never should be on the bench, those players ready to play games. Rockets really want this Rotation for 4 more months is terrible. KJ, Josh, Armoni, Usman are wasting their time not playing and developing. Just waiting for the trade Deadline. February 10 is a long way away. I remember we were shooting freethrows at the end of the practice and if anybody missed we runned suicides. And repeated the process until random five people didnt make 5/5. You can create pressure in practice to some degree
What is the Silas offense? It doesn't look like there is a conception or intentional system at all. It looks like a pick-up game out there. He has been involved in some superb offensive systems in his coaching career. Where has that gone?
We probably should be trying to win IF ONLY to maximise value on our 7 FRP from the last 2 years. If they produce stats on a 30 something win team then their value significantly increases. But then again Vic and Scoot.... arghh
