Wall is the hardest guy to move. Only a buyout is realistic. The other alternative is to let his contract expire. I just wish John would let go of his huge ego, and agree to play 15 minutes a game off the bench. He doesn't need to score any home runs anymore. KPJ can learn a lot from him. That's unlikely to happen unfortunately.

All this great work by Stone will mean nothing if he doesn't have personnel to develop them. The Rockets are not doing a good job, not bad either, developing young talent. GSW and Miami are top of the cream in the NBA. I don't trust Silas to develop young talent. You can argue some of the Rockets players regressed or didn't progress last season compared to previous year. I missed the days where Chuck Hayes, Aaron Brooks, Landry developed so much from year to year
What are you even talking about? We saw massive improvement towards the end of the season from Green, KPJ, Sengun, etc.
IMO, Rockets and Pistons have really made out like bandits in the draft over the past two seasons. Green/Smith and Cade/Ivey going to be awesome duos, IMO.
I’ve spent almost zero time dwelling on the ****ing Astros game last night so that alone makes it an A+ draft. Even that aside, realistically couldn’t have asked for a better one.
Yes, hard to say who did better between the two. Will have to check back in 4 years but on paper, the Rockets have a slight edge because Green came on so strong in May and Smith is a higher prospect than Ivey. Either way, the future looks red hot for both Detroit and Houston. (aside: It wouldn't surprise me if Ivey ends up with the best career out of those four. I'm happy that Ivey ended up in Detroit rather than the cesspool that is Sacramento. He has a real chance to develop there next to Cade.)
