I'm good with Eason or Branham here. Slight preference for Eason. That would give Houston excellent length and defensive versatility at the forward spots and two guys who can stretch the floor. That's a dangerous 3-4 combo.
So happy we aren't getting Griffin. Huge medical red flags. No first step nor lateral quickness on D left in his lower body. Second best shooter in the draft, but that shooting form with the wide base is Jeff Bagwell-like, not necessarily reproducible on the big stage. Big sigh of relief from my end.
So now, no matter what, we could draft Eason or Griffin wo moving up And Bari wo moving up Please let Stone not draft TyTy
One of my favourite things about this draft so far is Raf Stone continuing the proud tradition of Rockets general managers saying they are going to be EXTREMELY ACTIVE and then not getting involved in any trades. It's great!
