The Rockets could help facilitate a trade of Irving to the Knicks by using John Wall’s contract our 17 and 26 picks to move up to 10. Here is what would need to happen. After this trade the Rockets would buy out or trade all but Noel and Reddish (or trade them too). Fanspo wouldn’t let me add #26 yet but that is included to the Nets. The Nets get something for Irving that won’t help them this year or probably next, but they do get something. Kyrie gets to go to one of his preferred definition. We get our choice at 11 and have a backup center and SF if we keep Noel and Reddish. Of course, the Lakers have an easier path to Irving than the Knicks by using Westbrick and future considerations or even AD straight up.
i was just thinking something along these lines....knicks would throw the max to kyrie and weaken the nets, strengthening our picks. man if stone can pull off a wall trade in this scenario, he'd be the hero if we can get a pick out of the knicks.

Wall and Gordon to Brooklyn Kyrie opts in and goes to NYK Westbrook to Houston. Houston gives Brooklyn there 2024 pick back to facilitate. Knicks send #10 to Houston.
Washington has the 10th pick and they should remain our top target. I have realized how important JC is for Jalen. KPJ is improving, but he isn't mature enough. Tate, the Bucks 23rd pick and the 17th for Mark Williams or Duran is my final offer. I don't think 17 and Tate will be enough.
