Death penalty is OK by me if you get convicted of stealing a dog with a clear owner. Same goes for horses. People who kill dogs intentionally also deserve no leniency.
It’s one of the many reasons I’m glad I moved from san Leon. People would steal dogs to make them bait dogs. I’m not violent but I would curb stomp someone if they did that to my pups.
