I posted this on the Watson thread, but I think its realted to this thread too, is he going to get fired, so they can cut any ties with the Watson case, like they did firing other people too?

 

If you fire him while the suit is active, makes you look guilty. Buzzbee's case is WEAK. The Texans may not settle, simple because it would open them up for other lawsuits.

Caserio has been nothing but great however the best thing he can do is distance himself from him even if he might’ve been a friend

 

If McNair wants to pay Easterby to be his personal pastor and butt kisser, fine...just get him away from anything that's even shaped like a football. Don't even let that boy play Madden.

 

Have you noticed the slowly narrative change about Easterby in the media? Caserio has been the focus everything Texans for last year, until Lovie was hired. I think Caserio likes being behind the scenes and is happy for Lovie to have that role. Everything is about Football. Easterby has been pushed to his corner in the front office, out of the spotlight. The Texans competency perception has changed, especially with the Watson allegations and then trade. Caserio has done a good job with that. Easterby possibly being shown the door is all on Cal and Janice McNair. He is the holdover from BoB's tenure. The fanbase HATES him. The players are indifferent. Is he worth keeping around? That is on ownership.
