LOL it's amazing that's all you got out of this, it's KPJ's fault. Not the 2nd round fringe NBA player who somehow thinks he is owed more playing time, maybe just maybe KMJ is actually the problem?
They can do the Jazz & Philly thing. Put Jerry as president of Basketball Ops (Morey/Ainge), but leave the GM as is (Elton Brand / Justin Zanik). Jerry is old, so Stone could still be the future, at the same time still learn from Jerry before he retires. Clutch reported that Mavs was the first team to offer a first for Wood. (Despite Rockets shopping him a whole year). Yes it might be fair value, but maybe a more experienced GM could have gotten more.
We won't start winning until we have a coach with attention to detail and holds players accountable, Silas may have been ok for a Veteran team but he is 100% the wrong guy for a rebuild. DD
Trade him to the g league until he stops being dumb he has no say in this… he’s under contract for like 3 years. I would tell him keep a good attitude or play in the g league
I think it would be a mistake to trade him now when there are 2 years remaining on his deal with the last being a team option. There's still a role for him to get minutes backing up Tate on the second unit. The Rockets need to give him an opportunity and see how he handles it before letting him go.
I don't know what's more absurd, the team is so dysfunctional that we have young talent demanding out Or a late 2nd who's played 2 seasons (and receiving 20+mpg) having the gall to make public trade request
i like this kid but i'm not losing sleep over this lmao trade his ass if it helps us move up in the draft
It's the latter and makes me look side-eye at KMJ with his skill set and size it's amazing he is getting 20+ minutes a game anywhere in the NBA and it's crazy that he does not realize this is the best place for him to get minutes leading up to his 2nd contract. What happens if he gets traded and only gets spot minutes on an actual good team. It's just bizarre and makes me think the dad has gotten into his ear and he has a sense of entitlement.
Wait wut? These are your exact words. "I see we’ve gotten yet another warning regarding KPJr and the issues he causes"
I think KJM is good and would do well on almost any team, we gave him the opportunity, but within that he earned his minutes, Athletic, efficient, 3&D wing on a dirt-cheap contract, what's not to love. The biggest problem was us running him solely at the 4 when he's a 3. No, he can't create for himself but that's okay he can be a very good complimentary piece.
I wouldn't say IF that, but he’s limted and I believe he doesn't have much room to grow. He’s talking through his father. He needs to go. Send him to any team who wants to have him.
yeah, I’m responding to posts made by highly respected posters on the 1st page… but nah, I can’t do that without your weird ass putting on a cape stop the stupidity already
Stone is struggling with being in Morey's shadow already. No way he wants Jerry West anywhere near TF or Patrick.
