Had this thing on my stomach for years that just seemed like a zit that wouldn't go away. Last year, it grew to the size of an olive, but there was no discomfort and everyone told me it was a cyst and meant nothing. Woke up on Tuesday. Thing is now the size of a small egg, and is painful as hell and red all around. Obviously it's infected, but no idea how severe this is yet. Thankfully, I know friends who not only are good dermatologists, but also will let me use a cheap Ultrasound. Not jumping the gun as to what this is yet, but anytime you see something grow on you like that overnight, it's disturbing.
Don’t know how you did it, but you still found a way to brag about yourself in a serious thread like this. Congrats.
it's probably nothing breh. you good. the professionals will get rid of that egg quickly like rox dropped wood. rox got green, turkish, and ranchero. it's a good omen.
Since you said it’s been there for years, I’ll guess the common diagnosis, which is not that serious: Infected sebaceous cyst. Since it’s infected, you want to get that cut out immediately.
Yep sounds like an infected sebacious cyst. My mom has gotten those. Get it treated and good luck with recovery.
Did you ever ask your doctor about it during routine visits? I have something that sounds similar and my doctor said it was the cyst that a couple of people have mentioned. She saw no reason to remove it at this time
It's routine to eliminate carbs and sugars or drastically reduce to remedy this condition as well as most skin issues.
