I wonder if Christian Wood, #17 Pick, A future Bkn first and A future second would be enough to get the #13 and #15 pick from the Hornets.

I would only do it if it guaranteed we got Williams and Eason.

    2021 NBA Draft
    G - Jalen Green
    F/C - Alperen Sengun
    F - Usman Garuba
    G - Josh Christopher

    2022 NBA Draft
    F - Paolo Banchero
    C - Mark Williams
    F - Tari Eason

    Complete rebuild in 2 offseasons

Add Tate & Matthews instead of nets FRP to avoid paying tate next offseason as Eason might become a better version of tate

I actually want to replace Tate with Kenneth Lofton Jr. Not because I dislike Tate but because I think Lofton is a bigger better version of him. I'd love to keep him but that's too many bodies on the roster most of whom won't get adequate playing time. Banchero is already going to replace Tate in the lineup. If they had those guys, the Rockets would likely roll-out KPJ / Green / Eason / Banchero / Sengun as their starting 5. I think a bench of Nix / Christopher / Martin / Lofton / Williams would be extremely solid and talented.

    All Offense Team

    KPJ / Green / Lofton / Banchero / Sengun

    All Defense Team

    Nix / Christopher / Martin / Eason / Williams

The other thing I like about this team is how well KPJ, Green, Christopher, Martin, Eason, Banchero, Sengun and Williams can run in the Fast break. That many guys who are athletic and finish would wreak havoc on opposing defenses.

    Another Seattle connection.

Eason may not be priority target after all.

Is he a reach at 17 you think? Could we trade down and still get him?

I think he can be obtained at 20. I'm somewhat open to trading the 17th pick for the 20th and 25th from the Spurs.

It probably won't be enough, but that looks great.

I’m wondering if a future first might better than two more firsts this year? Aren’t we short on roster spots?

17 for 25 and a future first for instance?

I'm focusing hard but it is still 17. Are we trying to make it move to 15?

25 is too low . 17th plus a Rockets 2nd round pick for 20 and the top 8 protected 2023rd Spurs pick. On the other hand, we should collect as much talent right now despite the roster space problems. KJ Martin or Tate can be traded.

After we draft either Chet or Jaden this is the guy we need to trade up for with #17 and other assets like Wood/Ego/Tate, etc.

    I would be so happy!
Okc is gonna have the draft of the century this year, getting 13 and 15 would top them though!

If the 20th and 25th nets us Eason (I've seen him slide as low as 23 in some mock drafts) and Braun I'd be down with that but we'd have to shed a guard or two to make room for Braun.

17 i would look at Jovic or Eason if he is there also maybe Kennedy Chandler or Ty Ty Washington or Marjon Beauchamp or maybe walker Kessler if you want another big to pair with Sengun but i doubt it with bamba being a free agent

Lofton would be a great pick up but we would have to get a 2nd round pick(not sure if we have any) and idk if Nwaba would net us one unless we move Gordon. I would also start Williams because of defensive issues. Sengun has potential to win 6th man of the year along with Christopher with the right minutes

We don't have one but we used to buy them all the time and I'm sure we could buy one if we wanted to. I was thinking about Williams as well but thought they may start Sengun out of respect but if it falls apart defensively, move Williams in and make him more of a bench leader with near starters minutes
