Can we make 4k security cams mandatory? 90% of the time u can’t see sh*t with all that 240p footage nothing should be looking that pixelated in 2022

The fact that they only show a picture a not the moving image tells me it's probably just someone with long hair, and when they froze the video, it looked kind of funny.
Yeah, but they don't upgrade those things unless they break. So they could be 20+ years old on a CCTV system.
