Honestly dude you disgust me. 99% of what you post is complete and utter b*******. You need to get in touch with reality.

    Roe v Wade.

In fact, didn't the conservatives coin the phrase "activist judges" for just that very reason?

Technically, you are correct. Functionally, the SC very much impacts law.

Don’t waste time on someone like that, who does nothing but spew lies, hatred and misinformation… how people like this have posting privileges is beyond me. Then to sign off on every posts with username initials, DD, shows his idiocy…..

You be better off using ignore function or just plain disregard any of his hateful dribble…..

    Unfortunately, he's not wrong.

The Video Privacy Protection Act was passed in 1988 when Robert Bork's history of VHS rental records were made public. He was a sitting judge on the US Court of Appeals.

So yea, when officials are directly impacted, suddenly the needle is moved.

It's why I'm a firm believer that military service should be mandatory for all citizens (definitely including the kids of politicians).

of course they impact the law. it's their job to interpret what the statute says.

but some of y'all need a basic refresher in civics and the American system of government.

The Dance of Legislation is a good place to start, but that may be too much if you honestly have no understanding of the separation of powers, and the role of each of the three independent branches of government.

Roe created a new "Right". Rights and Laws are not the same thing.

    I know. Re-read what I said.

Rights are defined in our constitution. The constitution is our highest law. Perhaps you need the civics refresher?

This coward is going to ruin it for the other protestors. Once Garland realizes what they are doing is unlawful, they will probably have to leave the Justice's residence.

Wah wah wah - use the ignore feature if you don't like what I post, hell you took my name when you signed up - and now you want to break up with me?

    LOL ok, fine......

Tell me exactly what is wrong with saying the GOP is being paid for by the NRA which makes them refuse to do proper gun legislation?

Tell me what is wrong with saying if they were the ones being shot instead of kids, there would be legislation tomorrow?

I didn't say SHOOT EM...just saying that is what would happen.

I get that the right doesn't like to deal in reality......so, use ignore, and keep your feelings to yourself, please.

Well the Gallows they built sure looks like it. I love it when the right cries victim all the time while saying offensive crappy things then when they get it back they whine victimization......just got to ignore that ish.

Nothing I posted is a lie, or misinformation, or hate, it is conjecture.

Please point out a lie, or misinformation etc....if it is wrong, I will correct it.

And it is drivel....not dribble......but whatever.

    NRA takes Russian Contributions.

    NRA Pays GOP POLITICIANS

    https://people.com/politics/the-lawmakers-who-receive-the-most-funding-from-nra/

Feel free to disagree, but those are facts.

SHEESH! 2 bozos that think January 6th was a peaceful protest.....and like all the GOP posts.....and complain about someone spouting facts, that they don't like and when confronted have nothing to refute it....typical empty headed republicans.

POOF - cue the whiny witches disappearing so they can ignore the facts.

People that have integrity didn't vote for Trump, nor could they.

People with integrity take the 23 or more women he sexually assaulted seriously.

People with integrity take the 13 year old's word that says Trump raped her - and sued him for it twice.

People with integrity don't overlook running a fake Children's charity.

People with integrity don't overlook running a fake university.

People with integrity don't forget he was convicted 2 times of money laundering in his casino.

People with integrity don't forget he paid off Stormy Daniels and lied about it.

The problem for me....and I freely admit it.....is I HATE DONALD TRUMP and I can't understand how anyone can overlook what he has done in his life, or hold their nose and vote for him.....I am fine with Romney, or I voted for W the first time - but I could never vote for Trump and I don't believe anyone that did, has any real integrity.

Integrity is an ALL THE TIME thing not a sometimes thing.

If you voted for Trump - you can't honestly say you have any moral high ground....or any real integrity.

Must suck to be on a court and your views are in the severe minority to the rest of the nation and your rulings are as well. She shouldn't be on the court either....if Merrick Garland was stonewalled so should she have been.

    Totally agree...

Nothing will change until the people with the power to change things are impacted......

Hence HIV.. As long as it was staying with the gays and lower level communities no cared, but once it started moving uptown then they needed to find a cure...

When a school with the politicians kids get shot up, then they will want to change the laws...
