No Disney/marvel stuff, jk jk jk.
    My list:
    1. Die Hard
    2. T2
    3. Jurassic Park
    4. King Kong vs Godzilla
    5. Die Hard 2

I was born in the 80s so I didn’t get a chance to see Jaws or raiders ark in the cinemas.

The list begins with the original: Jaws

The list also must contain Aliens and Raiders of the Lost Ark

Also The Dark Knight and Star Wars.

    There. There's your list.

If I'm rating it by the most memorable and most excitement I've had seeing a movie in a theater, then it's pretty easy. It was June 1989 and I just turned 10, and my parents took me and my little brother to see Tim Burton's Batman. The end.

Still remember seeing the trailer for the first time and seeing that ship emerge.....

    The original Jurassic Park too...

Batman was probably the first major blockbuster I remember being super excited about....

    The mid-90s summers was GOAT:

    1993: Jurassic Park
1994: Speed, the Lion King, and the Mask
1995: Mortal Kombat, Species (my first time seeing SeCs at the theater)
1996: ID4, Twister, Mission Impossible, The Rock, The Nutty Professor, The Cable Guy... basically summer of 1996 was an all-timer.

update: looked at 1997 and hot damn:

Men in Black, Lost World, Con Air, Face/Off, Batman & Robin, Austin Powers, etc......

I love MCU but I miss these kinds of summers.

    Summer blockbusters?

Jaws. I think of it as the original summer blockbuster.

Jaws was the perfect summer movie. The story takes place during summer, at the beach. It was a truly great movie with great and memorable performances.

The opening scenes to that movie are unforgettable. I still remember sitting in that cool theater as the horror unfolds. That music.

Now I want not see the movie again.

Jurassic Park was the first movie I saw three times in the theater, later to be joined by The Transporter and Borat.

I suddenly realized recently that I saw Star Wars and Jaws in the theater, one of the best and only things I give credit to my dad for.

He was not in my life much if you could not tell.

I still remember seeing that ship at the beginning of Star Wars and being in awe.
