So where's all the folks that said this would be a quick and easy series for GS?

There sure are a lot more Boston votes now compared to a week ago

 

I thought the Warriors would win based on their overall talent and despite Curry underperforming. I though Klay and Draymond would be consistent and Wiggins, Poole, Payton, Looney, etc. would show up here and there. Nope. They are only down 1 game, though.

 

obviously its only 2-1 but low and behold folks are probably realizing Boston has a legitimate shot at winning this and were never going to be some easy pushover. Quick series they said

Curry was awful in the 4th. Had 3 straight live-ball turnovers at the beginning of the 4th that led to Celtics running away with the game. How will Lowe defend his performance this time?

 

Golden state is like that old man at the gym that will do anything to win, desperately trying to stay relevent, they claw, they cheat, but ultimately, the younger generation will overtake them.

This is it for them, this year is their last hurrah.

Was Steph trying to milk the contact on that Smart drive at the end of the game? He was clutching at his midsection like he was in excruciating pain but it looked like he was straight up acting. I think he’s self aware on how the league protects him and is trying to sway them to call it softer in the next game.

 

The Celtics are built like tanks. 6-9 guys with 7-6 wingspans and can move. Heck even Theis is more of a competent athletic defender better than anything the Rockets had to help Harden during those contending years since Capella was such a dud when push came to shove. And Theis is their 3rd string that rarely comes off the bench in these Playoffs.

 

Kerr should have played Looney more. He was the only one grabbing rebounds for the Warriors.

I just loved how they were lining up to go at steph, he might be unplayable in the 4th.

 

That's exactly the way I looked at it, the older team at the gym that usually runs all day long going against young guys who are just much more athletic.

 

Series is not over yet but I did not think Boston was going to break out the O like this!
