There is still no comparison to his recent play, Randle's play has not changed much it's based on mainly power, Banchero has much more finesse and counter moves, his footwork is much more advanced at the same, and he is a better shooter.

And Banchero is 2 inches taller at 19.

    I’m really coming around to PB5 6’10 250!!!
We really struck gold with Sengun he’s a starter big man just typically take longer to develop.

No way am I making him a glorified 6th man

Pao is what Randle is now.

It's not the point of making him a 6th man, the point is if a better player is there, you don't pass on him for a guy you hope will develop to be good as Portis.

You need depth I have no idea why anyone would be passing on guys just because we hope a guy will develop into a plus starter.

And Alpi is my favorite player on the team but I realize he has limitations, I also don't believe the 2 guys cannot play together for large chunks of time like all the bigs in Cleve.

You need to watch Randle play.
And he’s probably an inch taller, it’s negligible

I never said he could not, I think the 2 can play together for long stretches, but it's not going to be a great defensive lineup, but I don't think it would be terrible either because both are smart guys and can play good team defense.

I have watched Randle play and he does not have the footwork or shooting touch of Banchero and Randle is closer to 6'8 than 6'10.

In fact Randle measured 6.7 7/5 at the combine.

Paolo is probably around 6’9, the size is negligible

You say these things that just have no basis in truth, Randles footwork looks pretty good here and he’s a much better shooter than Paolo

Julius Randle measured 6’9 in shoes at the combine with a 7’ wingspan.
If Paolo is an inch taller with same wingspan there isn’t much size difference.

Thanks for showing once again that you are simply trolling.

I just gave you the official measurements from the combine and yet you still try and claim Randle is around 6'9 and then say Randle is a much better shooter, LOL.

    Jun 23, 2014 — NBA Draft Combine Measurements ; Hand Length, 8.75" ; Hand Width, 8.25" ; Height w/o Shoes, 6'7.75" ; Height w/ Shoes, 6'9.00"".

Why do you keep trying to derail this thread, trying to get into a back and forth with me.

    Are you simple?
    Like seriously, are you simple?

You literally just posted he’s 6’9 in shoes. You don’t really think Paolo is 6’10 barefoot do you?

Randle literally shot 40% from 3 in 2021.

If Paolo ever averaged 24/10/6 and 40 from 3 you would claim he’s the best player ever

Yeah I misread the shoes part.

So I guess you think Randle is a better shooter than Harden since harden has never shot 40% from 3 right?

Anyway I am done playing your silly lonely games.

I gotta say, while I have Smith and Chet higher on my board, there’s just something about Banchero. He’s got an “it” factor. For better or worse, I’m really excited to see how him and Jalen mesh.

If Paolo is this version of Randle than he is no brainer pick at #3.

No doubt. I have no issue at all if he can reach this level of play.
I don’t understand why it’s considered a slight to some people.

I still take peak Porzingis over peak Randle.
