And he deserved 10 more. The dude had a letter of intent with the Kremlin to build Trump Tower Moscow at the same time that the Kremlin was working overtime to get Trump elected. If this was Hillary the Republicans would have had 40 investigations going on that one non disclosure.
Lol …. So this is the grand finale of the multi year probe designed to out the Clinton’s and take down Joe Biden.
Kinda feel bad for Durham. This is really embarrassing. 3 years and just absolutely nothing to show for it.
The jury forewoman, who did not give her name, told reporters outside the courthouse that “I think we could have spent our time more wisely.”
I was wondering how long it would take before someone came up with the fraudulent trial angle. It was rigged I tell you! Y’all just can’t take the L…
I was saying that from the start. Same reason none of the Jan 6th defendants have any chance of acquittal from a DC jury.
This holds no water. Simply donating to a campaign doesn't mean that a person can't be an impartial juror. Voting for a candidate doesn't mean a person can't be an impartial juror. Being in business with a campaign, having the campaign being involved in legislation directly related to a person's business may might make it difficult. This was a fair jury as will be the ones on the Jan. 6th trials for the insurrectionists.
DC votes like 90%+ Dem, it's the most partisan jury pool anywhere, and this was a politically charged trial. The defendant was pushing made up dirt on Trump to the FBI on behalf of Hillary. Of course a jury is going to let him off, he's on the right team.
How a person votes does not make them an impartial juror. Most jurors vote. They are certainly by definition registered voters. Attorneys for both sides have the ability to strike and agree to the jurors.
By that logic grand jury's cannot ever be called in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arkansas, Nebraska, etc. etc. etc. Just more of an example that you are someone who fundamentally rejects the premise of Democracy. You also fail the realize that the only reason Trump hasn't been indicted yet is because prosecutors don't want to risk it because they know that jurors are human beings, and they know that everyone on that jury panel will have an existing opinion of Donald Trump. The very thing you are b****ing about (which probably isn't even true in this case since the jury selection process is still pretty friendly to the prosecutor) is exactly what is saving Trump from being put in handcuffs. For better or worse we have a system of justice that relies on 12 regular freaking people. Not computers, not spiritually ordained clerics, and not dictators. You either accept that or you move to Russia, or Afghanistan. Go see how the Taliban treats their system of justice. The good news for you Durham only fans though is that if he has more evidence, he has the power to charge someone again if he wants to. The only thing at stake is his reputation.
Clarence Thomas never recuses himself for conflicts of interest because doing so would insult the lack integrity and professionalism he has for his office. **** the Haters defense?
This is one of your fundamental issues. You can't understand that the "other side" isn't a slave to the tribal leaders and blindly agrees / disagrees on party narratives. I truly do hope one day you break out of your cult, as you are a real life example of someone being radicalized. You are literally rationalizing away every aspect of reality.
I don't really trust trial headlines anymore. I might need a reminder or two and see the details why Sussman was acquitted. The main bombshell of Sussman forging wiretap authorizations is still tainted fruit imo, even if his own criminality has been exonerated.
