For the last year and a half It got really old to read people that wanted ben simmons on the rockets. Now that that is behind us finally! I am ready to move on from reading people wanting/thinking that Wood is in any way a part of the future of the rockets.
The food for poor people thread is in the Hangout https://bbs.clutchfans.net/threads/recipes-for-the-poor.315896/
I don't know about the taste of a PBJ on Wheat but I've said all along Wood would make a helluva 3! He guards the parameter well but not the paint and we all know he can hit the 3, plus it gives us length too.
I'll even have a PBNJ on rye so that Wood is not the wheat in this acronym. By all means necessary, get rid of him.
Rockets Top 10: Unsolved Mysteries #1: The Case of two sandwiches or one? Allegedly, in the fall of 1999, a mysterious event occurred at the Houston Rockets practice facility, that to this day, remains unsolved. It begins Tuesday, October 5th, around noon, when Moochie Norris wandered over to what is known today as the shadowy Sandwhich knoll. There, he placed two sandwiches on the wooden bench where players would often refuel for the two - a - day practices. Two Sandwiches. Not one. The Turkey avocado was earmarked for Moochie. The other, a two layered Rueben with sauerkraut, was placed for former teammate and friend Thomas Hamilton. Walt Williams testified as an expert witness to this fact, stating without hesitation "...'Uck yeah, there were two sandwiches.". Moochie was called to the floor before he took a bite. And what followed can only be described as unforgiveable. When Moochie returned from the floor exhausted and dehydrated, both sandwiches were now gone. Vanished. Not a trace. Rudy T was quoted as saying. "It's total 'f-uckery." A careful investigation was pursued over the next seven days. At the crime scene, examiners found two discarded sandwich wrappers lying next to a XXXL sweatshirt. The latter notably had a cut-off name tag. And two crumbs. Two suspects were identified. One was Thomas Hamilton. The other Charles Barkley. Nobody was brought to trial. and the case to this day... known as two sandwiches or one, has gone cold. The Rockets would go on to lose 10 of the first 12 and miss the playoffs. Many blamed Thomas Hamilton.
