It seems rare when you have a good outcome such as this. Glad to see it!

But, why the cover-up? Where was he? Crack house? Bunny ranch? Abducted by aliens?

We weren't bffs or anything and past being childhood friends didn't really hang out or anything in high school or beyond. But I don't recall there being any sort of family history of mental illness. He was always a nice guy.

You never know, though. He might have had a head injury, he worked with farm animals and could have gotten kicked or bashed against a stall wall. He also might have had a stroke or something, he obviously wasn't in the greatest shape and had a little bit of a beer belly. He was a country boy which meant he probably had the regular country boy diet.

He was probably on a grand destination getaway in the woodlands.

I got some secondhand info from my wife but I won't get into it until it's confirmed.

    Hope it's not mental illness.

My uncle who lived in DFW went MIA several years ago. Local sheriff in Louisina found him a few days later driving around looking for a Stevie Ray Vaughn concert.

Glad he was found safe. My wife worked with him in Alvin 10-12 years ago. She moved on to a smaller district. Said he was always polite and respectful

Sad stuff. We were actually out in the Heights ( Bottled Blonde) and it's super hectic. So many apartments. Hopefully your friend turns up ok.
