    Yes

If you see Sengun as only a 5, as I do, he needs to be paired with a long, athletic rim protector who can open up space by hitting open 3s

This gives the team a viable counter-move should opponents try to exploit Sengun's 2 main weaknesses (perimeter D & outside shooting)

Plus you could play them together with the shooter sliding down to 4 in some matchups

Isaac would be ideal (if back to form)
    Myles would be great
Both could command significant assets in return

Bamba would be sufficient and could come cheapest if ORL would take a low-tier future pick in S&T vs losing for nothing in RFA on an offer they wouldn't match anyway

I'm not interested in throwing away money on role players that could harm future big moves post-Wall/Wood/EGo
Bamba might not even get what we gave Wood
That's not a ridiculous value for a top8 rotational backup big

If Magic extend QO to Bamba then expect the prospects draft order to pivot.

The Milwaukee pick is a Giannis injury away from the lottery. Trade the pick for Mo Bamba? Are you kidding me? :(

Doesn't Plowman have a reputation for knowing stuff?

Depending on Bamba's market I can easily see 3/39 with last 2 seasons non-guaranteed and a player option on year 3.

That thought of Giannis possibly getting injured occurred to me too. Bamba doesn't deserve anything more than Wood in my opinion.

As far as I have seen, there is not a single Orlando Magic fan who will be sad to see Bamba leave. That is not a good sign.

I'm not seeing the benefit of using cap space on a backup center, I'd rather keep the flexibility for next off season.

Show me the game altering free agent who went to a sorry team because they had cap space? Detroit and Chicago tried it and they wound up with Ben Gordon. You have to assemble even a support system to lure a so called superstar. Who is the superstar next to Luka? What about Miami or Milwaukee? Hell, what about Boston. In today's nba, you can have a collection of role players ready for the star player. I'm not saying Bamba is going to change the nba, I'm just stating that if one of these lotto players pop, you already have the role players playing with him.

Would rather pursue a Jonathan Isaac trade if we’re Magic the gathering over here.

Nope. He decided to die on the Dragic stuff for whatever reason. #soon

Maybe he heard something, since there is always chatter but he was so damn sure on the Dragic stuff. Then it didn't happen.
