If j.howard and lue are part of the reason why t-mac wants out of the magic then how is cd and les supposed to get rid of them? trade them or simply let them go? lue can opt out but howard?

I want to see the Houston Rockets Press Conference telling me that it is official...

I would've liked Lue ion the deal, but i hear he is opting out by wednesday cause he can get almost double the money...does that mean that we can get another player off thier roster???...

I'd take Steven Hunter...7 footer who already has had experience with Ewing...

I dont think if we don't get lue that it would be a deal buster in money sense but i could be wrong. I am sure they can work it out easily. But i am very sure the deal goes down today to keep from anything worse happening in this deal

 

Honestly...

my idea of how this trade went down is this...Les Alexander finally realized that this team wouldn't make it far in this upcoming Western Conference...he prolly figured that Francis and Mobley just couldn't cut it...

I'm sure at first, JVG didn't like the trade.I think Carroll Dawson saw it in realistic terms and figured it was the better the move for the future of our franchise...

I think Yao is the perfect compliment the McGrady...not the other way around... Yao will elevate McGrady's game to another level...he has the chance at being a 25+ppg, 7rpg, 7 apg, 2spg, 1bpg...HE IS ONLY 25...YAO IS 23!!!I love and respect Les Alexander's @#$% on this trade...i see his vision...

folks need to understand that we're not going for next year's championship or the one after that...it seems to me that we are making a run at a three-peat or something similar...we're looking to leave our stamp in history eith this combo of JVG, Yao, McGrady...

The Western Conference is stronger and keeps getting stronger...Unless Shaq shifts Conferences, the West will remain strong for the next decade...

we needed this trade for many reasons...

I will miss Stevie, Mobley, and Cato...hell, Orlando is now my third favorite team...the Lakers are my second because of Kobe and Rudy T if he signs...

Gentlemen...we have the combo of the future...a 7'6 versatile center and a 6'8 offensive scoring machine...our coach brings our defensive element with his system...

Ha, I was actually looking at the magic roster so I could compare the stats of Taylor and Howard and to see what Gaines did last season, and I just noticed that he didnt have the "C" like some story on him had mentioned earlier.

I'm definitely anxious to see Mcgrady in Houston, but I'm not nervous or crazy about it. I have confidence that it's going through.
