So.... Elon pretended to buy Twitter so he could sell shares of TSLA in the cover of darkness? TSLA crashing another 65% in 3.. 2.. If your TSLA cost basis is over $500 RIP.
No true investor lost all their savings. Gamblers lose their savings. Savvy investors don't invest more than they can lose, diversify, hold and divest when there is a profit.
Time, meaning more than the standard 40 hour a week workweek, and expertise are how you acquire and accumulate wealth.
They say like 2/3s of the world's internet usage is devoted to p*rn. I imagine that ratio is the same with degen/gamblers. Stables got to the way they were with arb trading. Monkey art is driving traffic on Ethereum and Solana to the point of making them choke. Doge and Shib...nice one Elon.
Musk reminds me of old-school early 1900's industrialists. Educated, bold, and above the law. It's entertaining and frightening.
Elon dun did it before. There was some weird thing about Tesla's treasurer and C-level shifting but people were so focused on him changing his twitter title or something. Even I forgot about the shady part but remembered the headline...
He did it recently in november when he polled twitter on whether he should sell...then used that to get credit for paying the most tax...the poll never mattered since the plan to sell was filed months ago that no one noticed. But I digress. This is a shitcoin thread, not a shithead thread.
It SHOULD go down a lot more. Compared to SPY, NASDAQ, GOLD, etc... it's still holding up remarkably well IMO.
Statistical majority of death crosses don't lead to downside (in crypto and also tradfi), he cherry-picked a lot here. Kind of a meme indicator (although I think bitcoin and all global markets will tank for a while further, so same sentiment).
The hell you lookin' at, son? BTC is down something like 60% from its 52-week high. S&P is down around 20%. NASDAQ is down around 30%. Gold is down around 9%. Still annoyed at gold sitting there doing pretty much nothing during these challenging times. Then again, maybe that's better than the alternative lately.
