So excited about the defense talk, we all missed the most critical part of the story. Defense going to be multiple just like the offense. Again. I wish we had a coach that actually had a system. I knew it!! Most Silas critics are angry Sengun fans mad he didn't pan out. Here's a reality check, Sengun's defense is ATROCIOUS. If he wants more minutes his defense has to improve. That's not on Silas
Surprised honestly. very experienced and tough but anything special as an assistant. Not very progressive. I guess he brings stability but wouldn’t be my choice.
I feel the same but thought maybe I missed something. If Hunt can bring Jalen Johnson with him, I'm all in. Otherwise a meh hire.

Well now we know what players are in Houston for the last two months working out together. Jalen, JC, Gray bird, David, KPJ, nix, Tate and EG. @D-rock I believe KPJ and green will be extremely better this year.
I know draft is coming up but FO needs to learn to multi-task. I'm sure Stone not critical to working out draft prospects.
I’ll trust Stone with how he handles Wood & KPJ since none of us are around the team Wood- Hopefully Stone had the big boy conversation with him that he rubs the team/fans the wrong way & the only way he will stay a rocket is if he changes. Hopefully Wood realizes Green, KPJ, and the #3 pick are the franchise players and changes his attitude cause the dude is 6’10 and can shoot KPJ- only god knows how the organization feels towards KPJ. Kid has unlimited talent. If they truly don’t think he can play PG then they should draft Ivey. They seem to like KPJ though. Everyone talks about the halftime incident but we don’t know what the conversations were. KPJ is dating Lucas’s goddaughter & I saw Stone’s wife wish him a happy bday on social media. I’m actually really curious to what Stones real plan is with him I think we will see a different rockets team. I think KPJ & Green are going to build a lot of hype this year as a backcourt. I see us in a play in game Feritta doesn’t seem like the kind of business man who will allow losing. He let Stone get a #2, 3 picks and now I bet winning is expected. Some of those lineups seemed intentional to lose I think we really just need to pay a veteran PG to come off the bench but understand they are expected to mentor KPJ, or even Ivey if we draft. Keep Gordon as vet presence & defense if he is willing to stay. Trade Tate. At almost 26 he doesn’t have the size or talent to be on the team if seriously trying to win. Between our #3, 17, Kmart, and garuba, Tate is taking valuable minutes away. I would trade him for Pennie’s just for the extra minutes I think KPJ/Green/Paolo build up some serious hype this season and we will actually be a attractive destination come 2023 FA
pretty sure there is a thread on here where Feritta said after the 2023 draft is where he wants us to finally start being good, i could be wrong but I think victor is the goal of any team right now who is missing a second star/franchise player
Hard to have a culture when the team doesnt run any plays or sets and Silas is the worst coach in the basketball world.
