If it is a crime, and they have video evidence of the perpetrators, then it'll be easy for them to pursue indictments. Not sure why I should be caring.
Its not just that. One underrated thing about other countries is that the ballots may only contain one election. It's a lot easier to count votes when each ballot only has a single election on it. Compare that to Texas where you're dealing with an absurd amount of elections and referenda to vote on. It just makes counting and verifying exponentially harder. For reference, look at the UK. They still hand count ballots so they actually have people manually sorting ballots into different piles and counting them. And yet, they can still declare elections faster than the US.
And now...the rest of the story..the Yuma Sheriff is investigating "typical" types of voter fraud. No mention of "mules" or ballot harvesting in their press release: https://www1.cbn.com/cbnnews/politi...oter-fraud-investigations-plus-new-2022-fraud As of March of this year, the Sheriff's Office said it had 16 voting/registration open cases with documented evidence. The sheriff also included some examples of voter fraud in Yuma County. Impersonation fraud: Voting in the name of other legitimate voters and voters who have died or moved away. False registrations: Falsifying voter registrations by either using a real or fake name, birth date, or address. This is being done by outreach groups who are paid for each registration form they submit, therefore, are out soliciting voters into unnecessarily re-registering or falsifying forms with Yuma County (residents') identities. Duplicate voting: Submitting multiple votes or registering in multiple locations and voting in the same election in more than one jurisdiction or state. Fraudulent use of absentee ballots: Requesting absentee ballots and voting without the knowledge of the actual voter, or obtaining the absentee ballot from a voter and either filling it indirectly and forging the voter's signature or illegally telling the voter who to vote for."
I encourage both Democrats and Republicans to see how much of the documentary has been debunked. https://www.denverpost.com/2022/05/08/2000-mules-fact-check/ https://www.ajc.com/politics/what-2...harvesting-claims/FFMNUU56RVBRNOLZKWHUREQPEU/ https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...s-least-convincing-election-fraud-theory-yet/ https://www.southernminn.com/fariba...cle_2425cf54-cbf1-11ec-aa18-a3072a4360c6.html
2000 Mules has video of people stuffing ballots into dropboxes and then taking pictures of it like a DoorDasher (i.e. they were getting paid, which is illegal) what's the innocent explanation for this?
Already linked. But there's more. https://www.ajc.com/politics/what-2...harvesting-claims/FFMNUU56RVBRNOLZKWHUREQPEU/ The cell phone data used is faulty. https://thedispatch.com/p/fact-checking-dinesh-dsouzas-2000?s=r It's all pretty well documented how the 'documentary' including the video footage doesn't show what the criminal D'Souza or you wish that it showed.
And were the actual ballots tampered with? If not they still count for whichever candidate they were for. The drops could have also been legitimate in the first place.
The Republicans running for office and endorsed by Trump, or those in office now who still spread the "Trump Won" lie can't be trusted. I don't doubt for a second they will find any crooked way they can to overturn the real vote to claim a win if they lose. Trump wants people in place with the power to do that, because he has already shown he will lie, cheat, and steal to get what he wants.
Not to mention republicans actually gained MORE house seats down ballot. Trump lost by nearly 8 million votes, there is no question in the mind of any honest person with integrity. DD
