What's a calzone? So, we've almost reached the point to where anything that involves bread is or can be turned into a sandwich. I'll allow it.
Damn this one is tough. I love all three. If I had to pit the my most favorite versions of each: Sandwich: Vietnamese Banh Mi BBQ pork or Central Market's old California connection Pizza: Duo's Deep dish or that one pizza joint I went to in NYC that I don't remember anymore Burrito: pretty much any hole in the wall burrito place that will serve me a carne asada burrito or a legit (beef cheek) barbacoa burrito I'd say the winner is ....my stomach because I'm devouring all of it. Edit/update: I think I'll pick sandwich. There are so many different types and combinations that one minute you could be eating a philly cheeseteak then the next minute you can eat a panini then the next you can get a lobster roll.... After that, it would depend on the situation. If i'm eating lunch/dinner I'll get a burrito. if this is in a party environment or watching sports i'll opt for the pizza.
Anybody ever had an authentic Hot Brown? They call that crap a sandwich, but any "sandwich" that requires a bowl is no sandwich as far as I'm concerned.
The wrapper is basically the same as what was listed as the “Chinese Pizza”. It’s a type of flaky pancake with scallions. I would check restaurants serving Shanxi / Xi’an style food or Taiwanese style. They might be listed in English as “Meat Rolls” or “Rou Juan” in Chinese characters 肉 倦
I tried to get a Mexican Pizza today at Taco Bell and they are all sold out everywhere. How the f*ck can they be out of these? Isn't it just a couple of crispy tortillas with meat filling and topping? WTF? Cartman needs to set up a Mexican Pizza Taco Bell underground shop like he did with KFC.
