Yes poverty increases violent crime rates. Which group of humans will statistically have higher crime rates? The group that has a median wealth of 170 grand or the group that has a median wealth of 17 grand? That drastic wealth gap was created from multiple centuries of systemic racism. So yes, systemic racism eventually lead to the wealth gap which then leads to different crime rates for each respective group. What do you not understand about this?

I think mass shooting are a big problem and so many people on SSRI's and lack of community is a huge problem. It seems like there is always a discussion of guns or how bad white people are when one of these happens but I don't remember some national discussion on how black people are violent when that black dude ran over 70 people in Wisconsin 6 months ago. I think there are productive things you can do to stop these sorts of things but the real solutions don't get any dicks hard so there is no national narrative on it.
