You can buy water but you sure as hell can't do a damn thing to keep from being hot and miserable if this power grid fails again. This heat won't even peak for a couple months. I hope the price gouging doesn't skyrocket our air conditioning bills until then. That's one thing those Californians don't have to worry about. You don't even need A/C there.
