I'm 50 and I would like to share advice to the younger crew. I recall when I was 15. I paced my room for hours getting the nerve to ask a girl to a dance. She declined. And that sucked. But I was so nervous and fearful. It was crazy. These days, I'll ask anyone out. In my business I get a "no" answer 90% of the time, so I guess I am used to it. But, man. Shoot. Even if you miss, 50% of the time it works 100% of the time.
You miss all the shots you don’t take. Asked this pretty girl in college from my Econ class to get a cup of coffee, now we love together. You never know.
@DeAleck covered it WAYYYY better. https://bbs.clutchfans.net/threads/100-days-100-rejections.229569/
Such a great story with this. Everyone had fun with the homo reference on FB. It is really such a good story with me & my exes husband.
It's more fun to reminisce and talk about the times you tried and failed than to reminisce and cry over the times you didn't try. My dating life before I got married has provided a lot of material and laughs for my friends and I over the years.
I laugh more about the many, numerous times I blew it with women either by being an idiot or just clueless.
Did you misread what she meant when she said "I want it from the back" too, forgetting that you were buying a coke for her at the gas station?
Fatty is the realist person I think I've ever had a chance to run into. Props to you, FFB! Keepin' it real!
