This guy is a MAN! Not this powderpuff OL crap that BoB drafted in the past. This guy literally smashed defenders, made holes, and protected like an OL should.

All the Texans need is 2 more OL just like that.

ETA: remember when the Oilers were horrible, and then they drafted 3 OL in the top 10 within about 4 years? Matthews/Munchak/Steinkuhler

2 of the 3 went to the HOF.

I'm not opposed to this at all.

Seems like he's playing a little wide/loose with his hands. Otherwise I love it. Just worried about hold calls.

This was one of his criticisms coming out IIRC, but that’s 100% coachable. The movement, quickness and quick ability to lock onto dudes is the stuff that’s not coachable. I had my worries, but against a team with one of the deepest DL rotations he was out there moving people like it was nothing. I am no longer worried

I agree with a lot of feelings - all it took was one preseason to see why he was picked at Rd1 pick15 - he’s a freaking specialist at run blocking ,…so impressed and we need that !

Funny how some experts had said the Texans had made a minor reached with this pick, (how they should have traded back a few spots and still gotten him), and a slew of OG got drafted right after him (and Green was the top rated offensive guard).

It’s looking like the Texans have an Offensive line, that is full of potential to be a heck of a unit.

Yep, and it's been a long time since they have had a quality ol.

OK, now we might have 3/5 of a functional starting OL

We need Center, and replacement LT if Tunsil is not a part of the future.
