This is what I'm looking for.

He shouldn't be closing until he can consistently hit 94-95 mph. He will be there in a week or two.

    Nicaragua is fun.

I watched a coked-up trust fund boy get in a roadside argument with another taxi/hired driver. "Stay in the car, dude, stay in the ****ing car, dude"...nope. He gets out and then ends up following/chasing this guy up a hill into the rainforest. "TODD! Get the **** back here!" I yell a couple of times. He comes back 2 minutes later hollering "start the car, start the car". Car was never turned off. Then 3 dudes with AKs materialize standing in the treeline watching us. But he got his blow, which was apparently the whole purpose of that rendezvous.

If I didn’t have a 7am tee time (best ball scramble) I’d be in

Look, I’ll tell you what, it’s grown men in pajamas getting paid millions to play a game so it’s hard for me to feel the need to insult a poster no matter what they post obviously within reason. To each his own but I’m Too fuucking old and too busy for the back and forth that has zero fuucking affect on myself.

BTW BT, great fuucking story. Read like a script of the hangover

My new routine is working. Listen to the first half inning. Go to bed. Wake up just before midnight to see what happened.

I wasn't able to watch the whole game, but I did watch the highlights. The pitch that Detroit homered off Pressley didn't actually look that bad to me. Maybe he intended it to get down a little more, but there was a good amount of movement. I think that's a situation where the hitter just beat him. How did the rest of his inning look?

It was a hanging curveball on a 1-2 count... right down the middle.

Yes, it had movement, but those loopy ones are the easiest pitches to recognize out of the pitchers hand.... and after that, its a matter of simply making contact (and when its a lefty, the ball breaks right into the happy zone of the swing if its hanging).

Unlike Will Harris' pitch in 2019... THAT was a good pitch... but same god dam mother ****ing result.
